Hak Salih

Hak brings a wealth of experience in healthcare innovation, digital transformation, investment and startup development. His expertise spans strategic development, business growth, investment and mentorship, fostering innovation, entrepreneurship and building strategic partnerships in healthcare.

His career includes roles at AWS, where he served as Global Startup Partner Strategist, building strategies and go-to-market programs for startups. Previously, as Venture Capital and Startups BD lead for healthcare in EMEA, he worked with healthcare providers, investors, and startups to drive adoption of innovation.

Before AWS, he led Digital Health at MedCity, advising over 250 companies on navigating the NHS, developing commercial models, and securing funding, while also serving on the DigitalHealth.London management board and providing commercial and funding advice to its accelerator’s participants.

Hak is committed to talent development through mentorship and has supported NHS staff via the Digital Pioneer Fellowship and NHS England’s Clinical Entrepreneurs Program. He also contributes to healthcare innovation as a mentor to the NHS Innovation Accelerator and as a member of the CW Innovation Advisory Group at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
