Deliver it

Develop an innovation and put it to work in practice.

The situation

You have an approach that works, or should work. It might be an idea that’s still taking shape, or a service tested successfully in one place. The task now is to make it part of day-to-day practice across teams and sites, which is a different undertaking from proving it once.

What we do

Where the idea is still forming, we help you develop it into something that can be delivered: clear about the problem it solves, the people it needs and the evidence it will have to generate.

Where the approach is established, we help you plan implementation realistically, bring the right people with you, work through the governance, workforce and operational questions that decide whether it takes hold, and see the work through to completion.

The specialists who have done this work themselves remain directly engaged with yours.

Who this is for

  • Innovators ready to move from developing the concept to implementation
  • NHS and care organisations implementing a new pathway, service or programme.
  • Charities embedding a proven approach.

In practice

Members of our team led the spin-out of the first national digital programme helping people with, or at risk of, type 2 diabetes to prevent its progression and improve their health. It was adopted by NHS England and commissioned by international insurers.
