The situation
You can see the problem. It might be rising demand in one part of the system, a service that no longer fits how people live, or an opportunity that everyone agrees on and nobody owns. The route forward is unclear, and it depends on organisations that do not report to each other: integrated care boards, providers, local authorities, charities, national bodies and communities.
What we do
We help you understand the challenge properly before settling on a response: what is driving it, who it affects and what the options are.
We then do the convening work that is difficult to do from inside any one organisation. That means identifying the stakeholders who matter, including those who are usually missed; engaging them so that they recognise the challenge as their own; bringing different perspectives, evidence and expertise into one conversation; and building the alignment needed to move from a shared concern to a practical proposition with a route to delivery.
We use a structured framework to assess and prioritise options on impact, deliverability, scale and sustainability, so that decisions are consistent and defensible.
Throughout, we bring expertise and constructive challenge, and we work alongside you. The response that emerges is yours.
Who this is for
Anyone trying to create better outcomes across organisational boundaries: system leaders and transformation directors, partnerships that need an independent convenor, and organisations with a problem to solve and no defined solution yet.
In practice
When a health system needed a complex, multi-partner proposition mobilised at pace, we identified and engaged the organisations involved, aligned them around a single proposition and mobilised delivery.
