Speech – Caring Talks 2019

The second in a series of Caring Talks organised by Caring Times, aimed to be stimulating, provocative and thoughtful, was held on the evening of Tuesday 12th March 2019. This time around the Talks featured leading industry experts in technology.

Annemarie Naylor MBE, Director of Policy and Consulting for Future Care Capital, explored the potential for data, new and emergent technologies to transform the ways in which we care for ourselves and one another in years to come. She talked about how we might ‘go boldly’ and invite investors and entrepreneurs (with their superior technology) to work with commissioners, providers, as well as carers and those in receipt of care so that the next generation benefits from care that is truly fit for purpose in the 21st Century.
