The UK Government has devoted considerable time and energy to securing roll-over or continuity trade deals over the past 12 months. It has also made plain its ambition to see the UK accede to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and, in striking the UK-Japan deal, agreed to what it described as an ambitious digital trade chapter. There is an expectation that further such ‘chapters’ will be agreed to over the months ahead – with significant implications for those areas of research and policy development activity for which Future Care Capital is well-known and, in particular, healthcare data, next generation medical devices, enterprise and innovation.

This event invites participants to hear from and engage with experts in digital trade, data protection, healthcare innovation and investment.
