Past Event

As the UK faces a second wave of the coronavirus pandemic, it will be vital to learn lessons highlighted in a new study on public health communication.

The research, undertaken by Ipsos MORI on behalf of Future Care Capital, was published recently in a series of Communicating Public Health reports. Analysis of more than 3.6 million online posts provides rich insight into the public’s conversation about COVID-19 and the Government’s responses to the pandemic. It also reveals the challenges experienced by NHS and social care staff and the public’s reflections on their own mental and physical health.

  • Find out about the key findings and what they mean for you and your organisation
  • Gather insights about public conversations and consider how they might shape future responses to COVID-19
