In the media: FCC’s research on residential care homes in The Times

The challenges facing residential care homes have been exacerbated by the pandemic. There are gaps in provision, long-term funding issues, workforce challenges and fragile service providers.

These are all issues are highlighted in our Data That Cares report and through the data contributed to the IPPR’s  Who Cares? paper. This research has been cited in an article in The Times today.

As we have argued, improving care provision needs to go hand-in hand-with strengthening care data.
