The situation
The evidence is in place and the approach works. The barrier is adoption. Governance, procurement, workforce, funding and local variation each stand between a proven model and the people who would benefit from it, and the route from promising pilot to system-wide adoption is among the hardest in health and care.
What we do
We identify your specific barriers to adoption, plan a realistic route through them and make the case for spread, whether across a system, nationally or beyond. That includes an honest assessment of what will and will not transfer from the original setting.
We bring a structured approach to overcoming barriers to adoption, developed through our own work and now in use with partners, and a team whose members have taken approaches to national and international adoption themselves.
Who this is for
Innovators with evidence behind them whose work remains at the pilot stage, perhaps in a single location. Systems seeking to spread a proven model. Partners and funders looking to accelerate adoption of what works.
In practice
Members of our team redesigned the radiotherapy pathway for cancer patients with cardiac implanted electronic devices. That research is now embedded in national clinical guidance and has been adopted internationally.
Our approach to moving health and care innovations into practice is now a full partnership workstream with Social Finance.
